Purpose
To keep the workplace safe and to support the wellbeing of everyone working with us.
Scope
Applies to company premises and to work carried out remotely or at client locations.
Policy guidelines
- Workspaces are kept safe, clean and fit for purpose.
- Hazards, injuries and near-misses should be reported promptly.
- Emergency exits and procedures are kept accessible and communicated.
- Wellbeing and reasonable workload are treated as part of safety, not separate from it.
Employee responsibilities
- Follow safety instructions on-site and at client locations.
- Report hazards rather than working around them.
Company responsibilities
- Address reported hazards within a reasonable timeframe.
- Keep emergency information current.
