A confidential route to report unethical, illegal or inappropriate conduct.
Purpose
To give everyone a safe way to raise serious concerns without fear of retaliation.
Scope
Applies to employees, interns, contractors, clients and partners.
Policy guidelines
- Reports may cover suspected fraud, misconduct, safety risks, harassment or breaches of policy.
- Reports made in good faith are protected, even if the concern turns out to be unfounded.
- Identity is kept confidential to the extent practicable.
- Retaliation against a person who reports in good faith is a serious violation.
Employee responsibilities
- Report concerns rather than staying silent.
- Provide as much factual detail as you can.
Company responsibilities
- Review each report and decide on next steps.
- Protect reporters from retaliation.
