Scope
Applies to personal data of employees, candidates, clients and partners handled by GenZX.
Policy guidelines
- Personal data is collected only for legitimate, stated purposes.
- Data is retained only as long as needed for those purposes or as required by law.
- Access to personal data is limited to those who need it for their role.
- Client data is handled according to the terms agreed in the relevant contract.
Employee responsibilities
- Handle personal data only for the purpose it was given.
- Do not copy personal data to personal accounts or devices.
Company responsibilities
- Apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards.
- Respond to data-related requests through a documented process.
